TDM city rewards many collectives and individuals for excellent performance in fatherland front work

On May 19, Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Dau Mot (TDM) City organized a meeting program for their cadres through the periods, looking back on the 95-year journey of formation and development of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (1930 - 2025); celebrating the 84th anniversary of Vietnam Independence League (Viet Minh Front) (May 19, 1941 - May 19, 2025). Nguyen Van Dong, Provincial Party Standing Committee member, Secretary of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee, attended the ceremony.

At the meeting, Ms. Truong Thi Thu Hien, Chairwoman of Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Dau Mot City, reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Inheriting and promoting the fine traditions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, through 95 years of formation and development along with the historical stages of the nation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Dau Mot City has constantly consolidated its organization, innovated its content and methods of operation in a rich, diverse and practical manner; demonstrated the broad and profound political alliance and voluntary union, created consensus among all classes of people, actively contributed to the socio-economic development of the city, and built Thu Dau Mot City to be increasingly civilized, rich, modern and affectionate.

At the meeting, Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Dau Mot City expressed gratitude for the valuable contributions of former leaders of the City Fatherland Front Committee through the periods; leaders of Fatherland Front Committee of the province and leaders of the City Party Committee. On this occasion, People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City commended 26 collectives and 50 individuals who excellently completed their tasks on the front.

l Previously, this morning, Fatherland Front Committee of Thu Dau Mot City provided medical examination and treatment cost support to 59 poor households, near-poor households, and households having especially difficult circumstances in the city.
