Standing Committee of provincial People's Council reviews and gives opinions on proposal to draft a resolution

On the morning of January 6, Standing Committee of the 10th Binh Duong Provincial People's Council held the 36th session to review and give opinions on matters under its authority. Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting.

Attending the meeting were Ms. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of departments and branches of the province.

During the meeting, representatives from the Legal Commission and the Economic-Budget Commission of the Provincial People's Council presented a report reviewing the proposal to develop a resolution aimed at supporting cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system in Binh Duong province; regulations regarding spending levels for local industrial promotion activities in the province. 

Representatives from the Economic-Budget Commission presented a report analyzing the draft resolution regarding the decision to decentralize the authority for issuing standards and norms for the use of specialized machinery and equipment at agencies, organizations, and units under the management of Binh Duong province.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc approved the reports presented during the meeting. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council has requested that the Provincial People's Committee urgently instruct specialized agencies to collaborate with relevant organizations in developing and finalizing the draft resolution and adhere to the proper timeline, order, and procedures as required by regulations. Additionally, the content of the draft resolution should be completed using simplified procedures so that it can be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at the next Council meeting.
