Reference exchange rate down 41 VND on April 11

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,169 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,677 VND/USD.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,169 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,677 VND/USD.

At 8:25 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw decreases.

Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,520 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,880 VND/USD, down 120 VND from April 10.

BIDV also cut both rates by 90 VND, listing the buying rate at 25,250 and the selling rate at 25,880./.
