Provincial Department of Education and Training has provided guidance for district-level offices and educational institutions to develop emulation plans in association with each unit’s context. Clear emulation criteria closely linked to professional effectiveness have created positive changes in teaching and learning throughout the province. With a sense of responsibility and a desire to contribute, many dedicated and innovative educators have been recognized.

Nguyen Thi Nhat Hang, Director of provincial Department of Education and Training stated that in order to achieve these results, the education sector has consistently received timely and continuous guidance from provincial leaders; active and effective coordination from departments, agencies, mass organizations and local authorities as well as strong public support for the reform process.

“What has been achieved today is a noble and valuable reward that the education and training sector always wishes to preserve and is determined to promote. In the coming time, the whole sector needs to clearly define development orientations, propose practical emulation movements as well as strongly implement emulation movements and reward work in the new period under the direction of the Government, the Ministry of Education and Training and localities”, said Mrs. Hang.

In 2025, Binh Duong’s education and training sector has 727 educational institutions serving nearly 533,000 students.
