At the conference, delegates listened to Mr. Ngo Van Xung, Deputy Head of the Administration Department at the Provincial Digital Transformation Center, as he introduced AI technology and provided guidance on online working tools. He discussed the application of AI technology to enhance work efficiency, the use of AI for generating news articles and promotional videos, its integration into administrative and office tasks, current trends in AI, and strategies for crafting effective prompts for ChatGPT.

The insights shared at the conference will equip reporters, propagandists, and officials engaged in communications and propaganda within grassroots trade unions with enhanced skills and experience to effectively execute propaganda and mobilize union members and workers. This will contribute to the innovation of both the content and format of trade union communications, aligning with the demands of the current era of significant digital transformation.
